this first attempt at a fruit pizza celebrates this great day. fruit cookie would be more appropriate. consider this a birthday cake for America. tonight's fireworks will be like candles in the sky.

thank you Jesus for this great country where we have the freedom to worship and praise You. and eat tasty treats because you've blessed us in abundance.

here is a panorama of central park that i took from the 8th floor of the Dakota at 1 W 72nd Street & Central Park West on June 25, 2009. this is actually 3 pictures put together in photoshop. i really need some photo stitching software, but this will have to suffice for now.

i wish this was what i saw every morning during breakfast. and while i'm dreaming, how about looking west instead? it's an even nicer view than the upper east side.

i started another blog.

my parents want to build a house on the family farm. and since i'm an architect, well.... i'm their guy. so he blog is a place to write about design issues, products and materials we are picking for the house, and then hopefully follow construction progress when it comes to that.

take a look at this beautiful... creation i saw on my way home
yesterday. did you notice the pipes on the side too? and you should
have seen the wing on the rear end. the car must have gained an extra
2 to 3 feet in length from these abominations...i mean, additions, to
the front + back.

haha!
